DAVE O’BRIEN

Dave has enjoyed over 37 years of construction management experience, effectively managing an average of over $150 Million in construction revenues annually in the commercial, education, healthcare, food and beverage, and industrial markets. Since founding Gabriel Project Management, Dave has worked on industrial, healthcare, institutional, and numerous food and beverage projects.

Our programs involve all phases of the construction plan, so a project manager that understands how to be effective in all phases can be a great asset to your organizations’ strategy. Throughout Dave’s career he has built a strong reputation in providing quality construction management services for such clients as Anheuser-Busch InBev, Sun Edison, Monsanto Corporation, APC/Schneider Electric, Continental Cement Company, Dr. Pepper-Snapple, Mercy Hospital, Sisters of St. Mary Medical Center, Hazelwood School District, Washington University, Fontbonne University, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri. In the food and beverage market, Dave has enjoyed his role as Construction Program Manager in a fully integrated design and build project delivery with the Beer Alliance Team developed by his design partner, Jack Holleran of H.D.A. Architects. The remaining team members supporting this market are Murphy Mechanical, Kaiser Electric, Grimes Consulting (Civil), and Alper Audi (Structural).  Gabriel Project Management, LLC is responsible for the management of the overall design and building program for the client, defining total ownership and accountability for all team members.
