Dave has enjoyed over 30 years of construction management experience, effectively managing an average of over $150 Million in construction revenues annually in the commercial, education, healthcare, food and beverage, and industrial markets. Since founding Gabriel Project Management, Dave has worked on industrial, educational, and numerous food and beverage projects.

In the food and beverage market, Dave has enjoyed his role as project manager in a fully integrated design and build project delivery with the Beer Alliance Team developed by his design partner, Jack Holleran of H.D.A. Architects. The remaining team members supporting this market are Murphy Mechanical, Kaiser Electric, Grimes Consulting (Civil), and Alper Audi (Structural).  Gabriel Project Management is responsible for the management of the overall design and building program for the client, defining total ownership and accountability for all team members.
