With over 30 years of experience working on food and beverage construction projects, Dave O’Brien brings a wealth of working knowledge to Gabriel’s clients, contemplating capital improvement through construction. In its first seven years, Gabriel has worked on over $380,000,000 in building programs for over 40 food and beverage customers. Product Manufacturing and Distribution Facilities constitute the majority of these building programs, and although there are many similarities, no two projects are alike. Each project requires an independent study to develop the right approach in an effort to successfully achieve our client’s expectations. We have worked with over 20 different beer wholesalers on a myriad of construction projects ranging from facility improvements, expansions, renovations, and completely new builds. Our Beer Alliance team has the collective experience of working on over 100 different building programs, which brings an incredible knowledge base to our clients.
