Fisher 59 Distributing in Denton Texas has tapped Gabriel Project Management, LLC for their new distribution facility. The project includes a new 221,000 s.f. office and controlled temperature warehouse facility, complete with refrigerated Keg and Craft Beer storage space, Ancillary Support Space, Administration and Corporate Offices, and a stand-alone Vehicle Maintenance Facility. The product is stored in a static rack system and an Automated Supply and Retrieval System (ASRS) provided by Cirrustech. The building is scheduled for a Fall of 2019 delivery.

Price Distributing; Ennis Texas
Gabriel Project Management, LLC was engaged by Price Distributing in Ennis Texas to provide their new distribution facility. The new facility is greater than 71,000 s.f. and comprised of a state of the art controlled temperature warehouse and refrigerated draft cooler. The building was delivered in the fall of 2018 under budget.
