Dave O’Brien’s introduction to project management started in the early 1980’s managing healthcare projects for SSM Health System in St. Louis, MO. That experience ranged from the smallest Cardiovascular Renovation Projects for SSM to a fully integrated, state of the art, Enterprise Data Center for health records at Mercy Health System in 2010. It was this acute understanding of vital logistics planning and strategically lean construction methods in a critical care facility that helped develop the tools that Gabriel leads with today on all of its building programs. We have a tendency to plan heavy in preconstruction, so the execution of the plan in the field becomes simplified and second nature.
