Leading
Representing the owner by overseeing the General Contractor’s operations and management of their subs, suppliers, and vendors to insure that the overall project goals and objectives are met with regard to quality, budget, and schedule on a daily basis.
Field Construction Review
Periodic site visits with the design team present to evaluate field implementation of the design and insuring that the General Contracting team member is monitoring quality control.
Pre-Activity Meetings
Meeting with the construction and design team members prior to starting a specific activity (concrete flatwork, concrete tilt wall construction, masonry, roofing, etc.) to set the expectation with the building team as to the desired result.
Pay Application Review
Monthly review on site of the progress of construction and evaluate submitted invoices for approval.
Field Management of Owner Related items
assist the client in selection, field management, and checkout of all security, data, communication, fixtures, and furnishing items and assisting the project team with their complete integration.
